Welcome to SoulSis Ministries. By using soulsis.org, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are. SoulSis Ministries, Inc. ("SoulSis," "we," "us") is a New York not-for-profit corporation. You can reach us at hello@soulsis.org.

What this site offers. This site shares information about our faith-centered coaching, gatherings, and community, and lets you contact us, book a conversation, and give. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Not therapy or emergency care. SoulSis offers faith-centered coaching and support. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and it is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger or crisis, call or text 988 (in the U.S.) or call 911. See our Coaching Disclaimer for more.

Who can use our coaching. Our coaching is for adults 18 and older. By booking or reaching out, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Using the site. Please use this site respectfully and lawfully. Don't misuse it, try to break or access it without permission, send harmful content, or use it to harass others.

What you send us. When you fill out a form, book a conversation, or message us, you agree the information you give is accurate. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send emergency requests through the site, because we may not see them right away.

Gatherings and community. Our gatherings are voluntary, faith-based, and led by trusted local leaders. You are welcome to take part at your own pace. Please treat others with kindness and respect what is shared in the group. We may ask someone to leave a gathering or step back from the community if their behavior harms others.

Scheduling and cancellations. Our coaches' time is a gift, so please let us know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your time to someone else. If you cancel, reschedule, or miss a session within 24 hours of its start time, whether or not you call, your coaching is suspended, and resuming is at our discretion. A second violation ends coaching. We never charge fees for cancellations, missed appointments, or a suspension.

Donations. Gifts are voluntary and are used to support the mission of SoulSis Ministries. Coaching is offered on a donation basis, and nothing is required. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, donations are non-refundable, and if you believe a gift was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at hello@soulsis.org. We process gifts through a third-party donation platform, which has its own terms.

Our content. The words, images, logo, and design on this site belong to SoulSis Ministries or are used with permission. You may share a link or quote a short portion with credit. Please don't copy or reuse the rest without asking first.

Other websites. This site may link to other sites, such as scheduling or donation services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do or say.

No guarantees. We share this site and our support in good faith, but we can't promise any particular result. The site is provided "as is," and we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, SoulSis Ministries, Inc., its directors, volunteers, and leaders aren't liable for indirect or consequential harm arising from your use of the site or from the information on it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
