Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
Your trust matters to us, especially when you share something personal. This page explains what we collect through soulsis.org, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect.
What you give us: your name, email, phone number (optional), and the message you write when you use our contact form, book a conversation, or sign up for updates.
Booking details: when you schedule a conversation, our scheduling service collects the date, time, and the contact details you enter.
Donations: when you give, our donation platform collects your payment and contact details. We don't see or store your full card or bank numbers.
Automatic information: like most websites, our site host records basic visit information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools.
How we use it. To reply to you, schedule and hold conversations, send updates you asked for, process and thank you for gifts, keep our records, run and improve this site, and meet legal obligations.
What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information. We don't use what you share with us to advertise to you.
Who sees it. Only our small team and trusted local leaders who need it to support you, plus the service providers that run the site, scheduling, email, and donations on our behalf (such as our website host, scheduling service, email provider, and donation platform). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
When we may share more. We may share information if the law requires it, or if we believe it's needed to protect someone from serious harm, such as risk to your life or the safety of a child.
Please be careful what you send. Our contact form and email aren't a secure or private channel for emergencies or for highly sensitive details. In a crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.) or call 911. SoulSis is not a healthcare provider, so information you share with us isn't covered by healthcare privacy law, though we treat it with care and discretion.
Cookies. Our site uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can change your cookie choices in the banner on our site or in your browser settings.
Email updates. If you sign up, we'll send updates about SoulSis. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any message.
Prayer requests. If you send us a prayer request, it is read only by our founder. If we add prayer partners in the future, we'll share your request with them only if you agree, and we will never post your name or details publicly without your permission.
How long we keep it. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
Keeping it safe. We use reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@soulsis.org. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Children. Our coaching and this site are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
Other websites. Links on our site may lead to other sites with their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Changes. If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
